Positive: The restaurant team was great, the food was good. There was a little mishap with the steak but it was quickly rectified and even the chef came to apologise. The team deserves 6 stars for the service.
Negative: The hotel is overpriced for what it is. Tired and in need of a refurb. Maintenance need attention. We had a room facing a fence and really messy hotel grounds just not what you're expecting to see in the venue like that.
